The house is in a great location, around a 10-minute walk from Wood Street and 20 minutes from the train station. Old Town is a fun area and has plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and gyms nearby, while the house itself is on a quiet street with very little passing traffic.

The private room is at the top of the house and the large velux window provides lots of light! It has its own en-suite, and there is also a separate bathroom in the house.

There is plenty of communal space, including a cosy separate lounge and a large kitchen with lots of cooking space, a sofa area and a large TV. The house is spacious enough for everyone to have their own space, while still having comfortable shared areas.

Outside, there is a decked garden which is ideal in the warmer months.

Virgin Media 1GB fibre broadband is available throughout the house.

All bills are included in the rent, including gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi.

Parking is available at an additional cost.
