I currently have a large ground floor double room available for rent. It is fully furnished with a lot of built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a large lounge and well equipped kitchen. You are welcome to enjoy the south facing garden and we have a hot tub available for use too. There is plenty of parking available on the private drive. All bills are included.

I am a live in landlord but have my own separate accommodation, we share an adjoining door between our lounges.

You will need to like animals as I have 1 cat, 1 rescue dog, lots of chickens (so great free range eggs are available) plus 4 ponies.

We are walking distance from 3 different pubs, the closest being excellent for food. We are also within easy reach of two bus stops providing regular routes into Swindon, Chippenham and the local area. We are a two minute drive from the M4 Junction 16 roundabout.

You will be sharing with myself and one female professional (nurse) and one male (working in logistics). We are looking for a quiet housemate who loves animals and enjoys the benefits of rural living.
