Large double room with ensuite room in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac de sac in Highworth
The house is detatched with private south facing garden and private parking.
Im a live in landlord and there is a dog and a cat in the house but they are not allowed upstairs.
I have good broadband. I will include electricity/gas within reason but I cannot agree to complete unrestricted use (due to rocketing fuel prices).Council tax is included. Access to all white goods by agreement... It is close to parks and open land within minutes of market square/ shops and local amenities. There is a bus route just at the end of the cul-de-sac so easy access to Swindon. Close distance to Shrivenham, Lechlade etc. There is adequate parking in the road and on the drive. I do have a garage for bikes/motorbikes etc but this is a much used space and therefore is not suitable for long term storage or for vehicle maintenance.
The gardens are easy care and free to use. The garden is south facing and private.
