Looking for a flatmate to rent a spare room I have. I've been living here for a year now and its been splendid!

The entire flat and room has great natural lighting with pretty large windows. There is a washroom which has the shower and separate bathroom with the toilet.

There is a washer machine in the flat, TV and a fully fitted kitchen, all bills are included in the list price.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with many parks around the way including Dulwich Park.

Minimum stay of 6 months.

I'm pretty flexible with your move-in date but will need sufficient notice.
