As featured by Capital London
Hello; my name is Victor. I am a retired engineer due to illness, an artist and a photographer. I’m a live-in landlord and have a spare room for rent in my two-bedroom flat, on the third floor of a converted Georgian house.
The available room is a double size 2.670m x 3.620m, with large single bunk beds, a desk and chair, a free-standing wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a full-length mirror, a radiator and wooden flooring.
The flat has a medium-sized kitchen, a large lounge with a dining table and chairs, a W/C and a bathroom with a bath and a power shower over the bath. Both the W/C and bathroom have recently been renovated.
The property is set back from Lawrie Park Road, and the noise from traffic is minimal. It is a 10-minute walk to Sydenham Rail Station and Penge West Station, and a 15-minute walk to Penge East Station, offering an array of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Under 10 minutes will get you to Crystal Palace Park and a 15-minute walk will get you to Sydenham Wells Park, which has community tennis courts.
A lady’s bike stored in the garage is available for use and is suitable for a nurse or a teacher.
This is a non-smoking home.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch for any additional information or a viewing.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Victor
