I’m offering a clean, comfortable and fully furnished double room in my 2-bedroom flat in Sydenham.

The flat has a comfortable shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, and is in a great location for getting around London. Sydenham station is just a short walk away, with excellent transport links, and there are plenty of local cafés, parks and shops nearby.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me. I work weekdays. I’m easy-going and enjoy having a clean, relaxed and peaceful home.

I’m looking for a considerate, reliable working professional who respects personal space and appreciates having somewhere comfortable and peaceful to come home to after a busy day.

This isn’t a party house, and I’m not looking for a busy household with lots of visitors. That said, I’m not looking for someone to simply rent a room and disappear either — I’d like to have a good, respectful relationship with my housemate and for us both to feel comfortable living here.

The right fit is more important to me than anything else.
