The house is in an idyllic setting between a park and allotment gardens at the end of a little lane yet very close to public transport and the shops in Sydenham Road- Tesco Express, Lidl - new coffee shops and bistros opened since the Overground arrived.

Penge East station about 6 mins walk (Victoria station in 15 mins, every 15 mins)

Sydenham station (including Overground) station about 8 minutes walk.

Gatwick can be reached in 40-50 mins, Luton airport 1.25-1.5 hours, both door to door.

The room has fitted wardrobes, drawers, bookshelves a desk and chair but furniture can be removed/added if needed.

The house has a new heating system and is very warm and comfortable in the winter but never gets too hot in the summer.

The house has a large bathroom with whirlpool bath and fantastic shower over.

There is a separate 2nd shower room.

Downstairs is the enormous kitchen with dishwasher, 6 burner professional gas hob, double electric oven, combination microwave oven, table seating six- eight, large double sink, and a 2 seater leather sofa for those cosy chats whilst cooking

2 large tall fridges and a tall freezer.
There is a separate utility room with 2 washing machines and a dryer, double sink and range of brand new cupboards

I am frequently away but when home I have a room downstairs and there is another tenant in a single room downstairs too but he also away all summer and most weekends. There is another shower room downstairs that we use

I travel and work all over the world giving talks and training and have businesses in the CEE region. Two of the other tenants are both known to me for some time though we are not a "team"- we keep ourselves pretty much to ourselves.

It's very very rare we are all in the house together but there is space enough for us all.
