Looking for a flatmate to join me (and two cats!- more below) in this light and airy flat in Sydenham/Crystal Palace.

Your room comes fully furnished, complete with wardrobe, chest of draws and double bed. There is a good size living room, separate kitchen with breakfast bar and communal garden. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, separate washing machine and dryer and nespresso coffee machine. Rent includes bills and council tax. It’s an extra £50 per month for a cleaner.

The flat is on a quiet road just 2 minutes walk to Crystal Palace Park and 10 minutes walk to Sydenham Station/High street.

Amenities:
Sydenham High Street has everything you need including supermarkets, pubs, coffee shops, brunch places, gyms and a post office. Penge High Street is also nearby and two large Sainsbury’s. The Crystal Palace triangle is a pleasant 20 minute walk away through the park and has even more pubs, bars, shops and restaurants. The Park also hosts great music festivals during the summer.

Travel:
From Sydenham station you can connect to Canada Water (15mins) or London Bridge (20mins). You can also go to Whitechapel to join the Elizabeth line into central London. It’s a 15 minute walk to Penge East with direct trains into Victoria (20mins). There is plenty of free on-street parking on our road.

You will be living with me, Megan, working in communications. In the week I’m normally in the gym or unwinding in the evening with a book and/or glass of wine. At the weekend I love to go for brunch and catch-up with friends over dinner in new restaurants. I’m sociable, but also love my own company and I am looking to share the flat with someone similar, who is clean and relaxed. I work from home about 3 days a week and it would probably work well if you split your time similarly.
You’ll also be sharing with two furry friends- Jinx (mum) and Juniper (kitten). They are friendly, love a cuddle and very well behaved .
