I am looking to sublet the whole house for November & December
The house is a very charming victorian build, quiet and clean. There is a large private backyard/ garden area. There are lovely walking areas/ parks / woods within 5min.

The house is Fully furnished and equipped with everything. & There is free parking on the side street beside the house.

The house is a 12 min walk to Forest Hill station or Sydenham station
Or 5 min bus ride ( bus stop in front of house)
Less than 30min direct overground to Central London
less than 15min direct to London Bridge by overground.
30 min walk to East Dulwich or 15min by bus.
