I have a spacious 3 bedroom house, At the moment There will be single room available 06/09/25
There is a large shared living room, and lovely kitchen plus a downstairs toilet and a shared upstairs bathroom with double sinks, large jacuzzi bath and walk in shower.

The current household is the live in landlord (59 male) and a 24 year old female tenant that will be leaving 06/09/25.
I have a new female tenant of 18, who has recently moved in.

We are looking for a friendly, social tenant, female prefered, who is happy to sit and chat in the evenings, watch some TV or just generally relax.
