Mature individual wanted for room in comfortable house. Must be non smoker/vaper, clean and tidy. Full time workers only and ability to pay rent. Sorry no homeworkers or those claiming benefits.

I have a lovely room to rent in a cosy house for single occupancy only. It comes with usual mod cons. All bills included. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The house is close to all amenities,. Bridgwater is 15 minutes drive and the M5 is 5 minutes drive. Asda is 2 minutes walk around the corner and close to all other amenities.

The room is a double and has wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. House has a modern feel throughout, well insulated so is very warm in winter.

I will be working away quite a lot so need someone who is ok in their own space as I will be back only on occasions. However, no sleepovers as it is my own house and need it looked after.

No time wasters please. Looking for someone wanting a longer term let i. e. beyond 3 months. Must be clean and tidy and is mature and responsible.

One months ren and a deposit is required together with a reference.
