Hi.. ai am currently in the process of selling my house so it will be only available for short term rental (probably 2 or 3 months or until I sell it)
..single bedroom available to rent . key opperated locks fitted on bedroom doors for privacy and security.. wall mounted television with firestick in bedroom .. full fibre to house wifi .. shared living room/kitchen/garden and bathroom.. attached garage which a bicycle can be stored...1 months rent in advance but asking for no deposit... situated in farm view (Ta27qy) A 3 minute walk to a bus stop for town or 2 minute walk the other way you find yourself in the countryside. . looking for a female lodger as my daughter lives with me... No smoking in the house but allowed outside on premises. All bills included except the tumble dryer which there is a charge of £2 a time but we do have a few clothes horses which are obviously free.. ..if your interested then send me a message and I will get back to you .
