MUST be dog friendly as I have a small friendly dog 🐶 it's currently myself & one other lodger living in the house (3 bedroom house so max 3 people living at a time)..

The house has one bathroom which has toilet, sink, bath and over the bath shower, there is also a second toilet down stairs..
Access to fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven & hob, washing machine & dishwasher.. Lodger will have allocated food storage space within the kitchen, fridge & freezer.
Dinning table & 4 chairs..
Unlimited WiFi..

The garden space is all patio & fenced off..
Parking is street parking on a quiet road leading to a cul de sac.. Have a great relationship with my neighbours who are friendly & welcoming they also look after my dog at times..

I do not allow smoking in the house but in the garden is fine.. STRICTLY no drugs or anyone under the influence of drugs.

There is a Hinkley point park and ride (Washford Cross) less than 5 minutes drive from the house and the Hinkley bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the house.. The journey takes 45 to 50 minutes..
We are also on the bus route for Taunton & Minehead..
Shops, couple takeaways, pubs, fuel station, gym & launderette all in walking distance..

Deposit of £250
Monthly payment of £600 (all bills included)

Ideal lodger would be animal friendly, clean, tidy & respectful.. Would prefer someone long term.
