Our property is quiet, has off road parking and a mini gym. We recently fitted a new kitchen which is useful if you wish to show off your culinary skills!

The room has a large walk in shower, loo and basin attached. There is also a fridge and space for a microwave in the additional food / storage area. The room also has its own external door which may be useful if you work shifts etc. Works best as a single, but also can possibly fit a double bed. There is a table and chair for WFH.

Looking for a female with no pets who can balance being clean / private with being social and chatty. As this our home, the 'fit' is important. Bills included.

The countryside is a few minutes, Taunton town centre 30 mins and MPH 40 mins, all by foot. We do have bikes here if you wish to borrow one (and somewhere to store yours if needed).
