A large, clean, double furnished room including: Double bed, chest of drawers, desk, bedside tables, clothes rail and a bedside lamp.
There is shared use of a large kitchen- diner including oven, induction hob and a large enclosed garden to the rear.
There is an upstairs family bathroom and recently refurbished downstairs shower room. The family lounge may be used on request and the washing machine, we do not have a tumble drier currently.
You will share with myself and my daughter we are both fairly quiet. We also have 2 cats, so no pets I am afraid.
Our home in only 5 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes walk from the town centre and about 20/25 minute walk from Musgrove Park hospital. There is currently permit parking being introduced in our area so you would need to pay monthly towards a visitors permit or park your car on the main road away from the house for free. Further details can be given and permit applied for.
The let is only from the beginning of January until the beginning of July due to my daughter returning home from Uni for the summer.
Our terraced house is quiet during the week after 11pm, except for weekends and is a council tax band B.
Please state why you want to rent the room and a bit about you in your enquiry, employed people only. I would prefer not to have night shift workers as we are often around in the day time.
