I have a lovely room to rent in a cosy house. It comes with usual mod cons. All bills included. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The house is close to all amenities,. Bridgwater is 15 minutes drive and the M5 is 5 minutes drive so is therefore accessible to all other areas such as Taunton and Bristol. It is approximately 10 minutes walk to the HInkley Point bus stop, however, please bare in mind that the bus arrives quite early in the morning and because it is a bus it takes quite a while to get to the plant itself.

The room is a double and has wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. House has a modern feel throughout, well insulated so is very warm in winter.

No time wasters please. Looking for someone wanting a longer term let i. e. beyond 3 months. Must be clean and tidy and is mature and responsible.

One months deposit required and one months notice together with a reference.
