The house has a real heart to it, a lovely characterful house here in Wellington, Somerset.

A lovely spacious double bedroom, looking out to the front of the house.

The living room has two big sofas, a large TV with Sky and a wood burner that gets plenty of use in winter.
The dining room comfortably seats 6–8, so we can host when the mood strikes.
The kitchen is very well kitted out — Aga, 5-ring gas hob, additional electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Sky TV and Alexa.

Out the back, there is a long garden with some lovely private spots, a BBQ, and plans for a veg patch this year.

The house is just 5 minutes' walk from the centre, the bus routes are good, and a 20-minute car ride to Tiverton or Taunton Rail Station, and around a 5-minute drive is Junction 26 of the M5.

I split my time roughly 50/50 between here and London, working from home some days and in the City the rest. I'm easy-going, sociable, and enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine as much as quiet evenings in. Looking for someone friendly, considerate and trustworthy.
