Perfect for a quiet life in beautiful countryside. Available for one working tenant, who works days (not nights, sorry).
This annexe is completely self contained with its own entrance. Downstairs there is a hallway, bathroom and kitchen-diner. Upstairs there are two rooms - one very large bedroom and one much smaller room (office/mini lounge).
Carpenter-made kitchen diner with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer etc. built in.
Bathroom with shower, and washing machine. Shared tumble drier and another, larger freezer in shed. Mostly furnished though you will need some bits and pieces to make it home. Offroad parking on a private drive; semi-shared gravel garden.
£800 per month including most bills (you will have some electricity to pay).
1 month’s deposit, references and proof of earnings required. Payment by monthly standing order. No viewings without a phonecall/video call first (as I have been let down in the past and am pretty busy). :)

No four-legged pets sorry. Perfect if you like country living – if you love a newbuild then this probably won’t be for you because it's out in the countryside and a period cottage.
