The room is large, light and airy. There is a comfy double bed, a sofa, desk and plenty of storage, hanging space and shelving for clothes and belongings. There is a fridge, microwave and kettle for convenience but the large kitchen down stairs is there for sharing. The washing machine is shared with the household too. If it's nice enough weather washing can be hung outside.
The bathroom (with bath and shower) is almost opposite the bed room and is only shared with our other lodger who has a loo and sink in their room so only shower and bath is shared in fact.
Our house is 11 mins walk from the Hinkley Point bus stop in Taunton's town centre, 25mins walk from Musgrove Park Hospital, 3 mins walk from Sainsbury's. We do not have space for parking.
The house is terraced and much larger than it looks from the front. Inside it is a colourful, light filled environment.
We have 2 small rescue dogs, one is a bit nervous but fine once he gets to know you. He likes to say hello, if you communicate with him he's happy. He'll sense it when people are not dog lovers!
