And use of Family Bathroom with shower .This is a quiet house. We are an older couple with grown up children who visit us occasionally. We also have two cats. You would have shared use of large kitchen, two toilets and family bathroom. You would have use of patio area and back garden.

10 mins walk to all local amenities.
We surrounded by countryside on edge of town. Easy access via car to A303 and M5 and 25 mins to the stunning Jurassic coast.
