We live in an old 5 bedroom cottage in TA3 - about 5 miles from Taunton. We have almost finished an extensive 'extension' building project which ended up affecting almost every room in the house! We have a large double room available to rent. The room has double aspect windows so is bright and airy. You will have sole use of a modern walk-in shower room with handwash basin, WC and storage cupboards. Our cottage has a large orchard and a very large garden. We also have a heated (during the summer) swimming pool. We have fields and great walks behind our property. We have a very large sitting room and a separate snug. There is ample parking. We are a married couple and live here with our toy poodle who is 12 and deaf. We are a 5 min drive from HPC transport location. 2.2 miles from Sainsburys at Hankridge Farm and 2 miles from M5 J25. We are happy to have shift workers - and the house is quiet throughout the day. Would prefer Mon - Fri arrangement but can be flexible around shift work. The rent is £700 per calendar month and a deposit will be required - both payable up front and in advance. The rent includes all household bills - electricity, water, wifi, Community Tax. We anticipate the room being available mid January. Non-smokers only. Must be clean and tidy!
