A303 is less than 10 minutes away and Yeovil is a 20 minute commute.

The village has a lovely pub, as does the next village, 10 minutes walk away, and also has a village shop and post office. Kingsbury Episcopi is the home of Kingsbury May Festival and Party on the Parrett. There is an active community centre and many activities including monthly movie nights and community breakfasts (from September- April).

Live in landlady is semi retired and still works from home as a landscape architect.
