Hello,

The room is primarily available during university term time. My daughter is currently at university and will be coming home during the university holidays, so unfortunately I can only offer the room during term time.

The room has a small double bed and wooden flooring and is in a clean, comfortable family home.

I am a single mum and work as a Service Manager. I am house-proud and like to keep my home clean and tidy.

The house includes:

- Shared living room
- Shared kitchen with use of the fridge, washing machine and other white goods
- Shared bathroom
- Garden
- Netflix available
- Wi-Fi
- An elderly cat who lives with me, so you must be comfortable around cats
- Smoking is acceptable, but only outside in the garden

The house is in a very convenient location:

- 5 minutes' walk to Tavistock town centre
- 10 minutes' walk to the bus station
- 1 minute's walk to the supermarket

Short stays also available:
If you only need somewhere to stay for a night while visiting or stopping in Tavistock, I can also offer the room for £30 per night. This includes use of the shared kitchen, fridge and other white goods, living room and bathroom.
