Your room and the apartment:

Your room is a generous, fully furnished double bedroom, set away from the main living area for added privacy.

It includes:

* Your own private en-suite wet room with a large walk-in rainfall shower
* King Size bed.
* Large fitted mirrored wardrobes with plenty of storage.
* Furnished tastefully.

You’ll also have shared use of a spacious open-plan living area, with a very large comfortable corner sofa, 50-inch television with Sky TV, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher & Washer Dryer.

The living room has floor to ceiling glass with elevated views over Bushy Park, accompanied with an exceptionally large wraparound balcony with access via two bi-fold doors.

The building has lift access, secure communal areas and dedicated bicycle storage. Secure underground parking may also be available by separate arrangement.

Bushy Park is literally across the road, with an entrance opposite the apartment.

It’s one of London’s most beautiful Royal Parks, famous for its free-roaming deer, open parkland and wonderful walks. Whether you enjoy running, cycling, walking or simply getting outdoors, it’s a fantastic place to have on your doorstep.

Teddington itself has a lovely neighbourhood feel, with independent cafés, pubs, restaurants, local shops and a welcoming community. Teddington High street is a 10 minute walk away.

Richmond and Twickenham are within easy reach by bus.

Kingston is also conveniently close for its extensive shopping facilities. Circa 15 minute walk.

Getting around:

Hampton Wick station is approximately a 5–10-minute walk away, with direct trains to London Waterloo taking around 30 minutes.

Teddington station is also within walking distance, providing another convenient rail connection.

There’s a bus stop just across the road, with services into Teddington and connections to the surrounding area.

It’s a lovely combination of peaceful, green surroundings and practical transport links for commuting and getting around South West London.

You’ll be sharing with one friendly, easy-going professional and a much-loved, gentle, medium to large well-behaved and very well trained dog who enjoys company and loves a cuddle on the sofa.

A genuine fondness for dogs is important, as he’s very much part of the household. There are no dog-walking, feeding or other pet-care responsibilities.

I’m sociable and enjoy good conversation, but equally value privacy, independence and a peaceful home. There’s no expectation to socialise all the time — just a friendly, considerate atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

I’m looking for a reliable, considerate professional who appreciates a comfortable home, respects shared spaces and would enjoy living in this lovely part of London.
