If staying full time its 650 per month, if just Mondays to Fridays 550 per month. Onstreet parking, 10 mins walk to the sea, 10mins level walk to railway station, bus stop nearby.
Nice area, close to Nature reserve and sea.
Would suit working proffessional or student.
Longer stays then 6months by agreement.
