• 10-minute drive from Market Drayton, 15 minutes from Newport and Shawbury, and 15-20 minutes from Whitchurch.

• Fully furnished with a double bed with ottoman style storage, open wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, storage chest, and bedding & towels available by arrangement.

Shared Amenities:
• Bathroom with a drencher shower over bath that has great pressure and loads of hot water.
• Kitchen with small oven, air fryer, large fridge, large freezer, walk-in pantry, dishwasher, and dining table.

Pet Care Requirement: This is a home with pets, and when I am away the successful candidate will be asked to look after my two dogs and two cats. Willingness and confidence in caring for animals is essential and will be agreed as part of the arrangement following a one-month trial.

Ideal Tenant: This room would ideally suit someone who likes peace and quiet, leaves the house for work, likes animals and has thier own transport. Accommodations for occasional work from home and shift workers will be considered.
