Hi all, I'm renting out a room in my home. The house has 2 floors and the room is based on the 2nd floor and I live on the 1st floor. The floor also contains a bathroom. The room is very spacious with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a space if you wanted to put a tv there or something.
In the pictures there is currently stuff there (but obviously would be removed once you move in).
The house is always very tidy and clean, so preferably it would be nice to have someone who would like to keep it that way too
