Me and my wife have an amazing room to let for only £130 a week! We require a female only, as my wife is a muslim and a male living in the house would not work for her (as she wears scarf etc)

We just require the person to not have any alcohol in the kitchen (whatever you wish to do in your room, it is your room)

The agreement is to only let out the room, can use kitchen and garden but not the living room.

We are one minute away from a bus stop which leads to woolwich dlr (10 - 15m bus travel)
