Looking for someone to share my lovely, tranquil 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow in Abbey Wood.

3-min walk from Elizabeth Line station - Great location for convenient travel to West End, City, Canary Wharf, Heathrow. Huge Sainsbury's at the end of the street, lots of wonderful greenspaces on the doorstep.

The room: Beautiful double bedroom (front room with bay window, with shutters). Fully furnished with double bed & mattress, large mirrored wardrobe with rail, shelves and drawers, dressing table in bay window with chair is ideal for use as a desk for studying/working from home. The shower room across the hall is for use almost exclusively as there is a second bathroom upstairs.

About me: Australian/Indian gay guy, Italian-speaker, 42, lived in London since 2008 (in this home since 2017). Occasionally a small dog in the house who is very friendly, and quite safe for allergies (he is a cockapoo, so doesn't shed hair). I work from home full time, and have my bedroom, ensuite and office space upstairs.

About you: Queer or queer-friendly, easy-going person, possibly in London for a limited time (eg. post-grad student, professional, contractor) so would benefit from fully furnished home with limited storage space. Non-smoker, drug free is essential.

£1000pcm (including all bills) - open to negotiation for the right person / move-in date / length of stay.
