Looking for a housemate to join our 3-bed house in Abbey Wood. It's a relaxed, easygoing household — currently me (live-in landlord) and one housemate, both professionals with interests in art, design, reading and the outdoors.

The room itself is a good size double, furnished but with plenty of space to make it your own. Has great natural light (especially in the evening).
The house has a garden, a shared bathroom, and strong wifi throughout.

It's a short walk to Southmere Lake and park — lovely for a morning walk or run.

Getting around is easy: it's about a 15-minute walk (or plenty bus options up the road if you're running late) to Abbeywood station, which puts you on the Elizabeth line for a quick, direct run into central London. There are also plenty of options for regular food shopping such as a large Sainsbury's, Lidl and corner shops all walking distance.

Move-in available now, minimum term 6 months (short lets considered). No smokers, pets considered.
