About the area:

Pretty, safe and quiet. The Thames path is one minute away, with a stunning view of the river. There is a park, pond, local shops, takeaways, and a GP two minutes away.

About me:

I like people to feel at ease in the house, and try to help new renters feel so when they first move in. I have always had good experiences with previous renters, including for full time lets and for Monday - Fridays. I tend to work long hours and like a calm place to relax in the evenings. I keep myself to myself in the week just to wind down before the next day, but that's not to say I'm a total recluse! I don't mind chatting and checking in. I keep the house clean and tidy.

Availability: Immediately. Although I'm not in a huge rush to rent the room and will wait on finding the right renter, I'd like to secure someone by the Autumn.

Access to transports links:

Woolwich Arsenal DLR or the Elizabeth Line can be accessed via the lovely riverside a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-10 minute bus ride with a bus stop 30 seconds from the house connecting to Woolwich. The Elizabeth Line connects to Canary Wharf in 14 minutes, London Bridge in 16 and Heathrow in 58 minutes.

Among other stops, Woolwich DLR connects to Bank in 30 minutes, Canary Wharf (Poplar DLR) in 17 minutes and Stratford in 20 minutes.

There are also train links via Plumstead (around 10 minutes walk away) or Woolwich to Blackfriars, London Bridge, etc. And there is then the Thames clipper (going to Greenwich, Tower Hill) a 10 minute walk from the house down the lovely Thames path!

No agency fees, the price is all of bills - electricity, gas, water, council and excellent wifi connection - so long as energy and water do not go above excessive use.
