We are looking for working professionals who are friendly, clean, respectful and enjoy living in a peaceful and comfortable home.

House rules:

* No smoking or drugs in the house
* No parties or excessive noise
* Respect for other housemates and shared spaces
* Minimum rental period: 6 months
* Long-term tenants preferred
