The location is great: 10 min walk to Abbey Wood station with the new Elizabeth line (15 min to Liverpool street Station), 3 min to the Coop, 3 min to the next Bus stop that takes you to Plumstead or Woolwich.

The house has recently been refurbished and has a new dine-in kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, new wood flooring and a new living room!

The rent includes most bills (internet, utilities, water, council tax, etc)
