we are looking for ONE wonderful housemate to join us in this super-modern and spacious house share in Abbey Wood! We are looking for friendly, fun and like-minded people who don't just look for a place to live, but for a place to call home :)

The ideal housemates should be kind and friendly, enjoy a BBQ in the summer (there is a huge garden!), but also be mindful of others and respect each other's privacy and alone-time.
Students and young professionals in their 20s preferred, girls preferred but clean and tidy guys also welcome ;)

The location is great: 10 min walk to Abbey Wood station, 3 min to the Coop, 3 min to the next Bus stop that takes you to Plumstead or Woolwich.

The house has recently been refurbished and has a new dine-in kitchen, 2 brand-new bathrooms, new wood flooring and a new living room! We keep one permanent spare room that can be used as a workspace or as a guest room if family / friends are visiting.

The rent includes all bills (internet, gas, electric, water, council tax, etc)
