Tucked away at the end of our garden with private access, the chalet offers a quiet and practical base within easy reach of Reading, Newbury, Oxford and the M4/A34.

Guests have private access via the side gate and garden path, along with use of a private enclosed section of the garden.

Please note there is no bathroom inside the chalet itself. Guests have access to a modern shower room and toilet located in the main house, approximately 10 seconds across the garden path. The bathroom is separate from the main family living space, although it may occasionally be shared with guests staying in the additional guest room if booked separately.

The chalet can also be booked alongside an additional guest room in the main house for larger groups or colleagues travelling together.

Located close to the M4/A34 interchange with easy access to Reading, Newbury, Oxford and surrounding business parks. Pangbourne, Theale and Goring & Streatley stations are all within around a 10-minute drive.
The nearby village of Yattendon has excellent pubs, a café, village shop and beautiful countryside walks.
