We are looking for someone to move into a single bedroom in this three bedroom flat. The available bedroom will come furnished with a small double bed and a small desk and wardrobe. The flat also has access to an outdoor shared garden. The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen and living room in one space.

The flat is located just off Battersea square , with an ideal location near many shops and restaurants, and less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.

The bedroom will come furnished and the common areas will be furnished The rent does not include bills (which are around £80 per month).

Currently myself Catherine and Oli my other housemate, both 29. We’re looking for a neat and easygoing flatmate to take over one bedroom in the flat. We like to keep common areas tidy.
