I’m looking for a lady to occupy this big single room (it looks like a double room to be honest) that is available now. The location is 10 minutes to Baren's Court, 15 minutes to Fulham Broadway.

Buses 306 and 28 are in front of the flat. Nearby supermarkets: Waitrose, Tesco, Lidl, Asda, Sainsbury, M&S.

It will be just me (tenant), another lady, and you who is expected to be clean, tidy, respect the quiet hours, with common sense and good manners.

There's some extra storage you can use. The kitchen is big. The fridge and cutlery, pots, frying pans, etc. will be shared with another female. There's a bathroom and a toilet (separated).

£800 / month utilities and council tax included. No deposit. There's no TV and Wi-fi, hence the price is lower than what is on the market right now. Available to move in right away.
