I am looking for a flatmate to share a spacious, quiet and tidy flat at Battersea from this autumn. The flat is fully furnished. Ideally suits someone who is calm, treats the place as a home for both of us, and who is not home working. Also suitable for RCA student as it is 3 mins walk to the Battersea campus & shuttle bus outside to Kennington & White City campus.
I am British and will undertake MA with RCA so rent the whole flat for a year till end Aug 2027 ( the lease can be extended from Aug 2027 also) . I am friendly, relaxed and very easy-going.
There is no TV in the flat but a full panoramic view of the city to enjoy. The flat is on the 7th floor in a resident building with elevator and secure entry. Parking is possible but parking permit needs to be purchased.
The spare room has a double bed with a comfy mattress and a large build in wardrobe and storage unit. Double glazed windows. There are blinds at night for privacy for each room. A desk and chair have been added since the photo was taken
Below are the details for cost
1. deposit - £1200payable upon contract signature
2. rent - £1,180payable per month
3. Bills around £89-120 a month for each of us depending on usage
What may be required from you ( by my landlady)
