Spacious double room available in a modern, warm and homely 2-bed, 2-bath flat.

The room is a good size with plenty of space for a desk/work-from-home setup. You’ll also have your own separate bathroom. It isn’t ensuite, but it would be exclusively yours, as my bedroom has its own ensuite.

The flat has a spacious shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with great views across London. It’s fully furnished and has everything you’d need to feel at home.

My current flatmate and I furnished the flat ourselves and have put a lot of effort into making it feel like an actual home rather than just somewhere we happen to rent. We look after the place and keep it clean and comfortable, so I’d ideally like to find someone who feels the same way.

About me

I’m a software engineer working a fairly standard 9–5. I’m more of a homebody during the week and spend quite a bit of time at home cooking, studying or just relaxing. That said, I do enjoy going out and the occasional rave/weekend out.

The vibe I’m looking for is friendly and sociable without living in each other’s pockets. It would be nice to have someone I can have a chat with, cook or eat together occasionally, watch something with or grab a drink with, while also being comfortable doing our own thing and respecting each other’s space.

Ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who wants the flat to feel like a home and will treat it with care.
