Hi, I have one room available from mid November. One of my current lodgers is moving in with his partner after two years. The other room is occupied by Rachel; she has been here for 18 months., so it will be a household of 3. I am a freelancer and when I work I would say 50% is from home.

I'm not in a rush and prefer to find the right person so we are all happy together, someone who becomes part of the home and joins in to keep it happy and tidy and perhaps find a Netflix series we all like to watch together.

I like festivals, music, socialising (although it is a quiet house) and the outdoors. I have an allotment, so if you love gardening you are welcome to come along.

The room is a double (as seen in pictures) to the rear of the house. with double built in wardrobe, so plenty of storage. There is space to set up a desk for studying or home working but preference would be for home working to be no more than 2/3 times a week..

The room shares the main bathroom in the house with Rachel as I have my own so there shouldn't be too many time issues in the morning.

Happy to do a video walk though of the house and arrange a WhatsApp call initially as I appreciate running around looking at places is time consuming and its a convenient way to initially connect and talk..

If you don't know the area you can get to Victoria in 25 minutes and London Bridge in 30 minutes and connect easily to the underground at Balham.

Crystal Palace is a 20 minute walk away or 5 minute bus ride for bars, restaurants.

- Its easier to communicate initially to those who have a profile, it's a good way for everyone to learn a bit more about each other quickly.
