Hello, I have two spare rooms in the very quiet house.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, set of draws

Good bus connection in 3 minutes walk and train connection in 20 minutes.

The house is usually quiet, I don't have parties and looking for someone who is easy going, clean and friendly working professional or mature student.
House is an absolutely no smoke inside. however there is an area outside

500£ for 1st room is large double bedroom on second floor
550£ for the 2nd room is a master bedroom on the 1st floor with separate enterance and access to the garden.
Pets are welcome for an extra fee of 50£pcm for cats and 100£pcm for a dogs ( however i cannot take dangerous breeds due to safety of other tenants)

If you are looking for an affordable accomodatinon - There is an oportunity to knock out 200£ from the rent if you could help with the cleaning once every 2 weeks for 2 hours each time
