I have a lovely bright south facing double room to rent. Double bed and open wardrobe system. The ground floor 2 bed flat is located 2mins to the seafront and 5mins to the station in Bexhill. Share with me and a very calm small dog.
We share the shower room, separate dining room, kitchen and lovely patio garden.
I’m renting as a short term let 3-6months max.

I’m a nurse, quite chilled and have just moved to the area last year. Most bills included but extra may be added depending on work situation- happy with hybrid working just up for discussion if you like the place.

This is a quiet chilled flat and the room is only suitable for 1 person.
