Hi!
We are Annie and Tom and we live in a rural farmhouse just outside of Paddock Wood (London bridge from the station is 40 minutes; we are a 5 min drive from the station). Our house is a 15th century farmhouse with six bedrooms, so it is on the larger side for one couple.
We are looking to rent the top floor of our property, made up of one room, an en suite bathroom and a private study/living space.
We spend most of the time in the house with our friendly Labrador, Marmalade, and cat, Phoebe. Parking is available along with 4 acres of garden for your enjoyment.
