Ground floor double room, with west facing window, front room.

Provided with window blind, rug, double bed, mattress, bedside drawer unit, bedside lamp, chair, and fabric wardrobe thing.

Communal galley kitchen, bathroom and dining area, plus patio/garden. A living room exists but is mostly used for storage and we tend to hang washing in there.

Occupants are owner plus one existing lodger, who has been here 2 years, we are pretty independent so don't see each 90%of the time. He works c. 10-6 Mon-Fri and I'm 8-6 Tues-Sat, those timings might be important if you like cooking or spend a lot of time in the bathroom, because the kitchen is compact and there's only one bathroom, so those are potential bottlenecks but they are both empty 95% of the day :)

The only bill not included is that we may want to get a cleaner with 3 of us, in which case we'll split it so I guess say £60 for 2-ish(?) hrs, once a fortnight = £40 each a month.
