The space to rent is a beautiful kingsize room at the top of our Edwardian house so it feels very private. There is a seperate very peaceful room overlooking the gardens which has basic ameneties such as kettle, microwave , fridge. This can be used as office area or seperate area to chill.
There is also a shower room on your floor.
I live here with my partner & daughter and very friendly dog whom will remain on the ground floor.
We are ideally looking for a healthcare professional to move in as we live very close to conquest hospital .
We are a 1o min walk to Warrior square train station and seafront & all the local amenities.
The bedroom is very spacious and ideal for two people if healthcare professionals not couples 🙏 (The rent would be higher for two people )
