Room 2 (£700pcm): Larger, fully furnished (desk, wardrobe, double bed), with newly double-glazed windows.

There is also a large sitting-room/workspace and small decked patio, as well as a large kitchen, breakfast-room, utility and shower-room, and two separate toilets. Large Morrisons and bus routes less than 5-minutes away.

Very calm, friendly and respectful household. Currently one other lodger and myself (live-in landlady) with separate accommodation on the top floor. LGBTQ+ and straight welcome.
