We have a room in our lovely family home to rent out for a professional person. (No couples).
We have two small dogs who are very friendly, so you must be a pet lover.
There is on-street parking and it is only a 12 minute walk to Tonbridge station and the town centre.
The house has two bathrooms, one which is used by us and one which you will shared with one other person.
We are looking for someone who is easy-going, who will fit in with our family and who will cherish our home as much as we do.
