I live alone with my daughter who is 9 years old.

The property has two off road parking spaces of which one is for the tenant. The house is 5-10 mins walking distance to Weald of Kent, Tonbridge Girls Grammar, Judd and many of the local primary schools.
We are close to the A21 which means you miss a-lot of traffic and grab get out of Tonbridge very quickly if need be.

The house is well kept, luxurious and heated very nicely. There is a good sized garden.

Bit about myself. I am a school teacher working part time whilst I study to retrain as a Pilates instructor. I enjoy cooking and also like to practice Pilates.
I would be willing to consider a Monday to Friday let for a reduced amount. My last lodger paid towards shopping and I cooked an evening meal for her which I’m more than happy to continue.
