I have a cosy room available in a friendly, female-only household, perfect for those who prefer a peaceful and convenient location. Ideal for tourists, professionals, and students, new residents seeking short-stay accommodation.

Located between the town centre and the old town, just moments from the seaside. Easy walking distance to local amenities. Quiet neighbourhood ideal for studying or relaxing.
Please note: The room doubles as storage for some of my items in cabinets.
My flat is not modern, with some cosmetic repairs outstanding; however, maintaining a clean and tidy environment is important. The toilet and shower require repair, doesn't affect use.
Washer/dryer - I prefer to use a portable medium-sized washer/dryer. I do not have a conventional washer/dryer. There is also a laundromat in the old town.
The bedroom door doesn't close fully; it was previously fitted with a larger-sized door. You will have privacy and full use of the room during your entire stay.

A little about me- I work remotely. I enjoy attending cultural and artistic events in our town and beyond. Seaside and countryside walks, dancing and occasionally Pilates/Yoga. I am creative by nature and enjoy all things related to digital tech & AI. I also enjoy travelling when the opportunity allows.
I am a tidy person by nature. As well as quiet and sociable. I give guest space.
