A spacious double room is available to rent in my recently refurbished home. The entire upstairs, including the bedroom and bathroom, has been fully renovated to a high standard and is brand new.
The rent includes all bills, and you’ll also have your own private driveway parking space along with a large back garden space to relax and enjoy.
The house will only be shared with me, as I don’t plan on renting out the second spare room. This gives you a much quieter, more private living environment than a typical house share.
