A spacious loft room with a separate dressing room is available in a great location! The room comes furnished with a double bed, but we’re more than happy to remove it if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture.

The house is lovely and spacious, so everyone has plenty of room to themselves. We tend to spend most of our time in our own rooms, so it’s a very peaceful and relaxed home where you can really feel comfortable and settled.

We occasionally organise something together as housemates, especially when someone new moves in, so everyone has a chance to get to know each other and feel welcome. Other than that, it’s a very chilled, quiet and independent household… the perfect balance of having your own space while still being part of a friendly home!

We are based right in the town centre, within walking distance of the beach, Egerton Park and all the shops.
This is a bright, spacious house with plenty of room to relax, including kitchen, separate utility room, large balcony and a generous living area, perfect for both socialising and having your own space.
